Crosiana [manuscript], 1843-1844.

Unpublished manuscript describing and beautifully illustrating several hundred crosses in market-places, grave markers, etc. mostly in England. Also contains a copy of a poem, The cross, by Charles Joseph Latrobe (published in Solace of song, 1837) and The Crucifixion (unpublished?) by J.W.B, Salop, 1843. Includes an index to the contents of the volume in the back. Two loose leaves left in the volume contain printed drawings of bookcases.
